Zen Rooms

Are you looking for a calming space to relax and recharge? Do you need a quiet place to reflect and de-stress? Do you want to prioritize self-care this semester? Schedule some time in one of our Zen Rooms, a space designed to help students develop relaxation skills, cope with stress and practice mindful meditation. 

The Zen Rooms are also available to be used for remote therapy sessions.
