The Office of Events Management coordinates the following locations during the academic year:
Raymond W. Kelly '63 Student Commons:
- 1st Floor Public Space
- 2nd Floor Public Space
- 3rd Floor Conference Rooms: 3.05 (standard conference layout)
- 4th Floor Meeting Rooms: 4.01 (banquet style), 4.02 (lecture style), 4.03 (flexible meeting space)
- 5th Floor Meeting Rooms: 5.01, 5.02, 5.03 (flexible meeting spaces)
Smith:
- Smith Auditorium (flexible meeting space)
- Smith Steps
- Chapel of De La Salle and His Brothers
- Lobby
Thomas Hall:
- Café 1853 Atrium only (cafeteria style).
Outdoor Locations:
- Founders Bridge (the area in front of the library entrance)
- Jasper Hall Backyard
- McNeil Courtyard
- Quadrangle
- Walsh Plaza (the area in front of Draddy Gym)
Reserve a Room
Available Services
The Office of Events Management is able to assist with the following:
- Room reservations: Events Management will send room confirmations only for spaces managed by the department. If you do not receive a confirmation within 72 business hours, please contact us at events@manhattan.edu.
- Coordination of event logistics including room set-up, audio-visual equipment and assistance: A minimum of 10 business days notice is required for all space, furniture and audio-visual requests. Requests received in less time may only be granted a portion of the services based on availability.
