Counseling Center and Psychological Services

The Counseling and Psychological Center is committed to supporting our student’s mental health, emotional health and well-being. Counseling Center provides in-person, individual and group counseling to all full-time undergraduate students. The center offers a wide range of services including short term individual therapy, groups, crisis intervention, consultation, psychological education and referrals. There is no charge for this service.

For graduate students we are offering consultations and referrals.

Our office is located in Miguel Hall, Room 501 and services are available Monday through Friday from 9am - 4:30pm.

Students can schedule an appointment:

The Center's offers walk-in hours Monday through Thursday. These are offered on a first come first serve basic.

  • Mondays: 2pm to 3pm
  • Tuesdays: 2pm to 3pm
  • Wednesdays: 2pm to 3pm 
  • Thursdays from 2pm to 3pm 

In the case of a mental health emergency when the Center is closed: please contact Public Safety at 718-862-7333; they will provide assistance and contact the counseling staff.
