Counseling and Psychological Services is staffed in person Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. When classes are not in session or during breaks and summer sessions, please call the Counseling Center or email us.
In case of emergency when Counseling and Psychological Services is closed, please call:
- Public Safety at 718-862-7333
- Residence Life (a resident director, area coordinator, or resident assistant)
- Dial 911
Confidentiality
Manhattan University's Counseling and Psychological Services takes students’ privacy very seriously and maintains a strict policy on confidentiality. All student information and communication is private and confidential. No other university offices or departments have access to Counseling and Psychological Services records. Staff members, however, may disclose information deemed necessary in cases of harm to self or others, evidence of child abuse, or upon court order.
