 The most efficient way to order your transcript is through getmytranscript.com.

Order a Transcript

• Electronic PDF Transcripts are now available to order.  
  You can now order an electronic transcript delivered by email to you or any other email recipient. You will receive your e-transcript through an email link and email password.
• All obligations to the College must be resolved before transcripts will be released. You will receive an email notification should outstanding obligations prevent the release of your transcripts. For more information, please call 718-862-7914.
• Transcript requests are processed within 5-7 business days; however, additional time may be required for processing at the end of each semester.

Fees

• Fee is $5.00/transcript.
• Additional $2.50 online processing fee for each delivery destination.  
• Additional $1.00 shipping and handling fee for Electronic PDF Transcript Email delivery.
• Additional $10.00 for Overnight Express Delivery

Additional Information

• You can order multiple transcripts for multiple recipients in one order.
• All transcripts are considered official documents. Please note in the special instruction box if you need a student copy.
• Real-time order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
• Send electronic transcripts to other participating institutions by using the Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) feature offered by the National Student Clearinghouse.

Degree Verification

Manhattan College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verification.Requests to verify degrees can be done through the National Student Clearinghouse online at degreeverify.com.

Self-Service has an online feature that enables students to obtain their enrollment and student loan information, including enrollment verification certificates, at no charge.

You can:

• Print your Enrollment Verification Certificate
• View your enrollment history
• View enrollment verifications provided to service providers at your request
• Check loan deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to your lenders
• Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real-time loan information
• Order a transcript.
