How to Register for Undergraduates

Registration Instructions

Online registration will open on Monday, March 31, 2025 and end on Friday, August 29, 2025. All students can continue to register online until then.

1. Review the course offerings and complete the Undergraduate registration form. Registrants must include the CRN number, which is required for web registration.

2. Students should select courses, meet with their advisor, and submit the form for approval. This form is part of the approval process.

Please review the policy for undergraduate students who want to register for graduate classes.

Please note that you will not be able to register during your assigned time if you have any holds on your account.

*Hold information is available on your Student Profile in Self-Service in the upper right-hand corner under "Registration Notices and Holds."

Semester priority registration dates are by the number of credits you have COMPLETED to date and do not include credits from your Spring 2025 currently enrolled courses.

3.  Register online at selfservice.manhattan.edu by using the following steps:

  • Click on Enter Secure Area
  • Input your Jaspernet ID number and password
  • Click on the Four White Squares in the upper left corner
  • Click on Banner and then Student
  • Click on Registration, Select Term then Add/Drop Classes
  • Input the CRN numbers from your registration form and hit "submit"

4. To check for holds, click on student records then click on Holds. If there is a hold on your account, contact the appropriate office (bursar, health services, library, etc.) to resolve the issue. You will not be able to register until the hold is lifted.

5. Only the department chairs can sign you into closed courses. Any courses that require special permission have to be entered by your dean's office or the registrar's office.

Registration Schedule: Fall 2025 Courses

Priority registration dates are determined by the number of credits you have already completed, not including any credits for courses you are currently enrolled in. The system will prevent you from registering online prior to your assigned start time. The system is down between midnight and 6:59 a.m. for registration.
