NEW Block Schedule effective Fall 2026

Online registration will open on Monday, April 13, 2026, and end on Friday, August 28, 2026. All students can continue to register online until then.

1. Review the course offerings and complete the Undergraduate pre-registration form. Registrants must include the CRN number, which is required for web registration.

2. Students should select courses, meet with their advisor, and submit the form for approval. This form is part of the approval process. 

Please review the policy for undergraduate students who want to register for graduate classes.

Please note that you will not be able to register during your assigned time if you have any holds on your account.

*Hold information is available on your Student Profile in Self-Service in the upper right-hand corner under "Registration Notices and Holds."

Semester priority registration dates are based on the number of credits you have COMPLETED to date and do not include credits from your currently enrolled courses.

3.  Register online at selfservice.manhattan.edu by using the following steps:

  • Click on Enter Secure Area
  • Input your Jaspernet ID number and password
  • Click on the Four White Squares in the upper left corner
  • Click on Banner and then Student
  • Click on Registration (9x)
  • Click on Register For Classes

4. You can view holds on your Student Profile, upper right corner. If there is a hold on your account, contact the appropriate office (bursar, health services, library, etc.) to resolve the issue. You will not be able to register until the hold is lifted.

5. Only the department chairs can sign you into closed courses. Any courses that require special permission have to be approved by the Department. Chairperson.

Registration Schedule: Fall 2026 Courses

Priority registration dates are determined by the number of credits you have already completed, not including any credits for courses you are currently enrolled in. The system will prevent you from registering online before your assigned start time. Registration is down between midnight and 6:59 a.m.

For Pre-Registration Meetings and Pre-Registration Form approvals which will automate AA Hold clearance-  "Students will meet with the assigned faculty advisor as listed on your Student Profile in Self Service and in your Success Network in Jasper Connect. New freshmen and transfers in Spring 2026 and freshmen who have earned less than 12 credits will see their primary advisor in Centralized Academic Advising. Please email advising@manhattan.edu or visit Centralized Academic Advising in Thomas Hall 3.10 for guidance.

How to Register for Graduate Students 

1.  Review the course offerings and fill out the graduate registration form, including the CRN number.

2.  Take the form to your Director for approval.

3.  You can begin to register online starting at 7 a.m. on April 13th. The system is not available to you between the hours of midnight and 6:59 a.m.  
After the add/drop period ends, you must take your registration form to the Jasper Central office for processing.

4.  Register online at selfservice.manhattan.edu by using the following steps:

Enrollment Status information

Undergraduate:

Full-Time: 12 credits or more
¾ Time: 9-11 credits
Half-Time: 6-8 credits
Less than Half-Time: 1-5 credits

Graduate:

Full Time: 6 credits
¾ Time: 4-5 credits
Half-Time: 3 credits
Less than Half-Time: 1-2 credits
