Manhattan University has images available for use by the campus community for the purpose of promoting the University. Images may not be used for any for-profit venture or for any purpose other than promoting Manhattan University and its associated activities.

Event Photography
The office of Marketing and Communication can provide photographers for events on campus.
- Please submit your request to hire a photographer at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
- Requests must come from faculty or staff only.
- The requesting department is responsible for paying photographers.
- The decision to pursue a photo request is based on availability, and is at the discretion of the Marketing and Communication staff.
- Photos will be available one week after the event date in the campus photo gallery.

Videos
The Office of Marketing and Communication can assist with producing videos for the purpose of promoting the University. Please note:
- We do not record full-length events, panels and/or lectures. If you would like to live stream your event on your own, the ITS office can provide equipment for you to use. Please email its@manhattan.edu to request this equipment at least 48 hours in advance, or you can request it when booking a room in 25Live.
- Turnaround time to produce a video varies according to staff availability and complexity of the video.
- Videos made for the web are typically 1-2 minutes long and include highlights of an event/topic.
- The decision to pursue a video request is at the discretion of the Marketing and Communication staff.
