Sujey Ramos, Director - Center for Academic Success
Sujey earned her Master of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in Higher and Postsecondary Education as well as a Master and Bachelor of Arts in English from Stony Brook University. Sujey started her learning assistance work in writing centers at the Metropolitan College of New York and came to Manhattan College in 2013 as the Writing Center Coordinator. Since, Sujey has been promoted to Director of the Center for Academic Success at Manhattan College. She has also taught courses in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies and teaches a credit-bearing pedagogy course for writing consultants.
Qua-Asia Fawcett, Academic Support Manager - Center for Academic Success
Qua-Asiastarted her journey in learning assistance programs at Manhattan College in April of 2019. Prior to this, she worked in college access, college persistence, and career planning for a number of years in the non-profit sector. Currently, she is finishing up her last semester at Teachers College, Columbia University as a candidate for a Master of Arts degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education. She received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from New York University.
