We offer several different types of career counseling sessions to best suit your needs and your schedule:

  • Career Counselors

Students can meet with a career counselor on a walk-in or appointment basis. Our counselors are certified to conduct formal career assessments (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Strong Interest Inventory®) and assist you on various career-related questions such as internship research, job and graduate school opportunities, preparation for interviews and salary negotiations, and more.

    • First, identify your assigned career counselor, and then call Carol McTiernan at 718-862-7421 to make an appointment.
    • Appointments can be conducted via Skype, phone, and in-person.

    • Please send an electronic copy of your résumé, cover letter and personal statement before the meeting.
