  • Who may participate in Commencement?

    Graduation Clearance

    All students complete the online graduation survey and receive financial clearance from the Bursar's office in order to participate in Commencement ceremonies. 

    For Undergraduates

    The Undergraduate Commencement exercises are for students who have completed all degree requirements in September 2021, December 2021, February 2022 and May 2022. 

    For Graduate Students

    The Spring Commencement ceremony is for all master's candidates  and the Camino Program who have completed degree requirements in September 2021, December 2021, February 2022 and May 2022.

  • How many tickets will each graduating student receive?

    Undergraduate students will receive five guest tickets for their family and friends. Graduate students will receive six guest tickets.

    Tickets will be distributed later in the spring. Students do not need a ticket for themselves. 

  • What COVID-19 protocols will be in place?

    To attend Commencement, all graduates and guests must provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test taken 48 hours prior to the event. Everyone must wear a mask inside the Meadowlands Exposition Center. The only exception is when students and faculty process into the event, and when students cross the stage to receive their diploma.

    Masks are also required for individuals traveling to the Meadowlands Exposition Center while aboard transportation provided by the College.
