Graduation Fair

The spring graduation fair is a one-stop-shop experience for all undergraduate and advanced degree recipients. At the fair, students will have the opportunity to order celebratory items such as class rings, pick up their cap and gown and sign up for senior events and activities. This event is for students who have been cleared to graduate.

    Only students who have completed their graduation clearance will be eligible to purchase academic attire. Academic attire is required to participate in the commencement ceremony.

    Caps and gowns must be ordered online in advance. March 22, 2024: DEADLINE to order for Grad Fair pick up.  Regalia packages will be distributed at the Manhattan University Grad Fair on April 23rd, from 12 - 4 p.m., at Kelly Commons, second-floor lounge.

    Ship-to-home options are also available.  April 15, 2024: DEADLINE to order for ship-to-home. (S&H fee applies)

    Cords

    Recognized clubs and academic honor societies may apply for permission to wear cords at Commencement by emailing the Provost's office at commencementcords@manhattan.edu.

  • Senior Formal

    The Senior Formal is the end-of-year celebration for all graduating seniors. The formal takes place off campus at a beautiful venue and includes a full course dinner and round-trip transportation to and from campus. Details, pricing, and dates will be available at the Grad Fair.

  • Senior Portraits

    Senior Portraits take place on campus during late April, early May. Specific dates, times, and studio packages will be provided at the annual Grad Fair. 

  • Class Rings

    Balfour, Manhattan University's class ring provider, is available for class ring orders.

  • Diploma Frames

    Several diploma frame options are available to order. Frames are available in a variety of colors and are built to exactly fit your diploma. To receive discounted pricing ($30 off), Manhattan University students are encouraged to call (845) 354-5027 or email fmg5027@gmail.com to process this order.
