Take a top-notch cooking class from home as you watch and cook along from your own kitchen! Join our first-ever virtual cooking show - but we need you to participate along with us! Our great Manhattan College Dining Campus Executive Chef, Craig DiBattista, will be teaching everyone how to cook Huevos Rancheros! Fall Honors Convocation
4:30pm This year's prestigious awards ceremony will be streamed virtually from our Chapel of De La Salle and His Brothers via the link fallhonors.manhattan.edu. Select members of the Manhattan College Singers will perform "For the Beauty of the Earth" by John Rutter as a musical reflection for the convocation.

Eggs 2 Fresh Cage free eggs (large or extra-large) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 oz butter Pinch salt Pinch black pepper 3 Corn tortilla 2 oz cotija cheese ½ ripe avocado 6 leaves fresh cilantro
Utensils needed Knife Cutting board Small dishes to hold chopped items Wooden spoon/plastic kitchen spoon Handheld stick blender (optional) 3 10-inch nonstick pans (could use one and wash after use) 1 spatula (food turner)
