Available Audiovisual Equipment & Services

Audiovisual equipment and services are available and can be provided by the Office of Events Management. Equipment we can provide includes:

  • laptop computers
  • wireless presenter remote controls with USB and laser pointer features
  • handheld microphones and lavalier microphones

Additionally, all conference rooms in the Student Commons, as well as Smith Auditorium, are equipped with:

  • Projectors & screens
  • VGA, HDMI and Apple AirPlay connections
