Internal Departments

 Aramark Catering is our exclusive food service provider & caterer. Exceptions for internal departments are noted below: 

• Internal departments may use external caterers for small office and conference space meetings, breakfast and lunch type events.  Open flame devices and sternos are not permitted to be used by anyone other than  Aramark Catering on campus.
• Formal and larger catering supported events or programs utilizing Manhattan College event spaces must be booked through  Aramark Catering. Requests for special exceptions should be directed to the Director of Business Services.

External Organizations

For co-sponsored events where an exteral organization is paying for catering, all arrangements for catering must be made through the Conference Services Office. External organizations should contact the office at 718-862-7415 or conferences@manhattan.edu to make catering requests.
