For traditionally difficult undergraduate courses, such as chemistry, physics and mathematics, we offer the Supplemental Instruction (SI) program where students receive additional subject matter support in selected courses. An upperclassman who received an A in that course attends the class and then runs weekly study sessions for anyone in the class section who wants to attend. As an SI participant, students will review that week's lesson, and get help with homework problems, test preparation and study skills techniques.
