This training seminar takes place at the start of each semester for the leaders of all clubs. This fantastic opportunity gives you the chance to learn valuable skills to help your group succeed, skills that you can easily apply to other areas of your life for positive results.

Leadership Weekend

Open to all freshmen, sophomores and juniors, this weekend takes place off campus. It consists of both informative educational sessions, as well as fun group outings. In the past few years, students have enjoyed packing everything from an evening gown for a formal ball, to winter jackets for snow tubing!

Inaugural Day

This prestigious ceremony at a surprise location marks the time when students rise to their newly elected positions. Open to all, this is a great occasion for family and friends to see all the wonderful work being done by current students.

Leadership Development Program

In collaboration with Residence Life and other Student Life offices, the Leadership Development Program is a certificate program that is focused on the development of student leaders at Manhattan College by providing workshop seminar sessions focused on different aspects of cultivating leadership skills. The program uses self-scheduled format that will allow students to work through the program at their own pace.
