The Business Services Office oversees the several operational and contract services on campus, including the bookstore, mail room and print shop, conference services, dining, housekeeping, purchasing and telecommunications.

The office of College Compliance and Ethics is charged with creating a campus culture where compliance and ethics is fundamental.

The Controller’s Office accounts for, reports on, and safeguards the financial resources of Manhattan College.

The Event Management Office coordinates events on campus and books room reservations for certain spaces on campus.

The Office of Financial Aid Administration provides a variety of services to students and their families, from help applying for financial aid to managing student employment on campus to offering resources on personal finance.

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) at Manhattan College advises the Board of Trustees, the President, academic and administrative officers and units on issues including, but not limited to, governance, contracts, compliance, student affairs, research, labor and employment law.

The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment supports Manhattan College’s efforts to use information for effective decision-making and planning, to fulfill its Catholic Lasallian mission.

Information Technology Services (ITS) supports every student and employee on campus with a wide variety of services ranging from WiFi and internet access, to classroom technology and computer lab support, to enterprise data management, to web services and more.

The Office of Marketing and Communication provides tools, resources and services to promote Manhattan College and the College’s Lasallian Catholic mission.

The Office of Mission assists the College community in its understanding and realization of the distinctive academic and societal mission of the College and its Lasallian Catholic identity. 

The Physical Plant department performs all general maintenance for the entire College community, in addition to answering specific requests from students and staff.

Manhattan College’s Public Safety Office ensures the campus is a safe and secure environment for the entire community. 

The Office of Student Accounts and Bursar Services manages College-related charges and credits placed on individual student accounts, including billing, collection, and refund services.
