As a collaboration between Student Life and Academics, the Lasallian Women and Gender Resource Center is committed to collaborative scholarship focused on gender justice, intersectionality, and the Lasallian tradition. 

The LWGRC Summer Research Fellowship 

The LWGRC funds a summer research fellowship each year, to support student research on gender, sexuality, intersectionality, student advocacy, and/or Lasallian values. Our student fellows work closely throughout the summer with Manhattan College’s Summer Research Program, faculty advisors, and the LWGRC’s staff and community of advisors. In addition to producing a research paper, students are asked to build resources, including workshops and advocacy papers, that support the LWGRC’s work in our community. Applications for the LWGRC Summer Research Fellowship are due in March.
