Mission Month Day of Service

The Mission Month Day of Service provides an opportunity for Manhattan College students, faculty and staff to engage in volunteer projects, based on the expressed needs of local community partner organizations.

Come get connected with others on campus, as well as develop meaningful relationships with those in the community. Our Lasallian tradition guides participants to see and understand the impact and importance of service, as well as take action to promote equality, justice, respect and compassion.

Participants are encouraged to engage in service not as an end in itself, but as a means for deepening their connection to local communities, furthering the development of their civic identity, and broadening their understanding of life in New York City.
