Women's Retreat: Faculty & Staff

Friday, March 8 – Sunday, March 10, 2019

Christian Brother’s Center, Narragansett, RI

Sponsored by the Lasallian District of Eastern North America (DENA), this weekend retreat welcomes women from the faculty and staff of all DENA-related schools to gather during the International Women’s Day weekend to joyfully reflect and renew in the company of a community of other Lasallian women who are united with one heart, one commitment, one life.

The retreat facilitators are

Janine Mariscotti, MSW, LCSW, assistant professor and chair of the department of social work at La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, and

Lynne Texter, Ph.D., associate professor in the department of communication at La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.

The retreat will include time for reflection, renewal, and recreation. Presentations and topics will focus on the cultivation of a spirituality that is attentive to living in God’s holy presence through a deepening understanding of our Lasallian vocation and of the mission. The labyrinth journey will be a focal point of this retreat.

For more detailed information, visit the DENA website by clicking here or contact Maryann Donohue-Lynch, DENA Associate Executive Director for Mission and Ministry (donohuelynch@fscdena.org)
