Please join The Center for Ethics Friday, February 21 at 2:00 pm in Kelly 4B for the release of the 10th-anniversary edition of Peter Singers' international bestseller, The Life You Can Save. Peter Singer is one of the most influential contemporary philosophers and the founder of The Life You Can Save, an organization designed to eliminate world poverty.
Kathryn Mewcrow Flynn from The Life You Can Save will host a "Giving Game"--a highly engaging activity designed to educate students and faculty about high impact philanthropy.
We will be giving away signed copies of Singer's book and introducing a student-led reading group.
For every person in attendance, The Life You Can Save will donate money towards a highly effective charity---so your attendance can make a difference!
