The clinic was a huge success. It sold out with 63 participants, which didn't include the family and friends who attended the women's basketball game later that afternoon.
The participants started the day in Kelly Commons with some routines as a large group. After some time, they broke off into smaller groups based on their ages. They learned various dance techniques such as pom, hip hop, and jazz. They were able to use what they learned by showing off their moves during halftime of the women's basketball game this past Sunday. Also, all participants were provided with a free t-shirt and lunch as part of registration.
Please join us as we thank Jasper Dancers coach Kaitlyn Marquette and the following dancers for doing an amazing job facilitating this clinic:
We would like to also thank Department of Athletics for allowing us to use their resources.
