Spring Fellowship Application Deadlines Approaching

Applications for nationally recognized fellowship opportunities are still available for Manhattan College students.  The deadlines for these opportunities are approaching fast:

The Benjamin Gilman Scholarship for international study provides students of all years opportunities to study abroad.  The award of approximately $5,000 may be applied to short term, semester and full year experiences.  Applications should be submitted to MC by February 27 for certification.

The Udall Scholarship is awarded by the federal government in the amount of $7,000 to assist sophomore or junior students with an interest in environmental challenges.  The MC deadline for submission is February 27 for certification.

Veterans may be interested in the Pat Tillman Scholarship which is awarded in the amount of $11,000 to veterans or their spouses who have shown service, scholarship, humble leadership, and impact.  The deadline is March 1.

Seniors interested in continuing their education with a post-graduate diploma in Interreligious Studies from the Angelicum in Rome may be interested in the Russell Berrie Fellowship.  The deadline for this prestigious award is March 15.
