They sponsor the Charles Rangel International Affairs Graduate Porgram that seeks to attract and prepare outstanding young people for work as foreign service officers. They offer a tuition award of $37,500 annually for two years, two summer internships, and guaranteed employment with the State Department Foreign Service upon graduation. Candidates must be US citizens, have a GPA of 3.2 or above, and seek admission to a graduate program in fall 2020 in an area of relevance to foreign service. The programs accept a variety of graduate degree fields.
