Requesting Event Photography

When requesting a photographer for a campus event, please use the following request form. https://inside.manhattan.edu/offices/marketing-communication/photo-request.php

  • Please submit your request to hire a photographer at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
  • Requests must come from faculty or staff only.
  • The requesting department is responsible for paying photographers.
  • The decision to pursue a photo request is based on photographer availability, and is at the discretion of the Marketing and Communication staff.
  • Photos will be available one week after the event date in the campus photo gallery.
