Peace Corps Information Session

The local recruiting officer from the Peace Corps, a US government sponsored international volunteer organization, will visit campus on October 23 at 3:30pm in Kelly Commons 4C for an information session.  Peace Corps volunteers typically serve 12-24 months in an international setting and concentrate on agriculture, environmental issues, economic development, health, education, and youth development.  You are invited to hear about this excellent post-graduate opportunity.

This is highly competitive international opportunity to serve national interests abroad and to be a true humanitarian.  The information session will explain the organization, application process, and the qualifications of a competitive candidate.  Interested students from all years are invited and encouraged to attend because this organization does not visit campus every year.

Please see Br. Daniel (Thomas 3.50) for more details.  You can learn more about the organization by visiting www.peacecorps.gov.
