Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Training

The City and State of New York have both recently passed new laws addressing sexual harassment in the workplace. Both laws require employers to train all of their employees on sexual harassment, regardless of their full-or part-time status. This training is required to be completed by October 9, 2019.

Several training sessions will take place throughout the day, in which the employee must attend one session. 

Date: September 4, 2019

Place: Kelly Commons 5B

Times: 9-10am, 1-2pm, 4-5pm, 5:30-6:30pm

This training is mandatory for all employees, graduate assistants and student workers. If each employee has not completed this training on or before the required date, the College is subject to fines for failure to comply with City and State Law, and as a result, the individual employee may face sactions as well.
