KORU MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

On Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 pm the Counseling Center is offering KURO Mindfulness, a four session mindfulness and meditation cource.  KURO Mindfulness teaches awareness and meditation skills to improve mental focus,reduce stress and help emerging adults manage other difficulties associated with college life. Classes will be held on the following dates in Miguel 501:
