Join our 4 week KORU Mindfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools. KORU Mindfulness is the only evidence-based mindfulness curriculm designed for college-aged adults. Students who have completed the 4 week cource report feel calmer,experiencing better sleep,improved mindful awareness, and greater ability to manage stress.
Classes will be in Miguel Hall, Room 501on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:15pm on the following dates:
