KORU MINDFULNESS 4 WEEK CLASS

Join our 4 week KORU Minfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based program that was devoloped to introduce mindfulness, meditation and stress managment techniques to college students and emerging adults.

Classes wil be held on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:15pm in Miguel Hall,Room 501 on the following dates:

February 12th

February 19th
