KORU MINDFULNESS 4 WEEK CLASS

Join our 4 week KORU Mindfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools.

 KORU Mindfulnessis an evidence-based program that was devoloped to introduce mindfulness,meditation and stress management techniques to college students and emerging adults. Students who have completed the 4 week course report feeling calmer, experiencing better sleep, improved mindful awareness, and greater ability to manage stress.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:15pm in Miguel Hall,Room 501 on the following dates: 

January 29th 

February 5th 

February 12th

February 19th
