KORU MINDFULNESS 4 WEEK CLASS

Join our 4 week KORU Mindfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools.KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based program that was developed to introduce mindfulness,meditation and stress management techniques to college sturdents and emerging adults. Students who have completed the 4 week cource report feeeling calmer,experiencing better sleep,improved mindful awareness,and greater ability to manage stress. 

Classes will be held on Wednesdays in Miguel Hall, Room 501 from  5:00pm to 6:15pm on the following dates: 

January 29th 

February 5th 

February 12th 

February 19th
