KORU MINDFULNESS 4 WEEK CLASS

Join our 4-week KORU Mindfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based program that was devoloped to introduce mindfulness,meditation and stress management techniques to college students and emerging adults. Students who have completed this 4-week course report feeling calmer,experiencing better sleep, improved mindful awareness and greater ability to manage strees. 

Classes will be held on Wednesday's from 5:00pm to 6:15pm  in Miguel Hall, Room 501 on the following dates: 

January 29th 

February 5th

February 12th 

February 19th
