KORU MINDFULNESS 4 WEEK CLASS

Ready to change your life? Join our 4 week KORU Mindfulness class to learn mindfulness & meditation tools. KORU Mindfulness is the only evidence-based mindfulness curriculum designed for college-aged adults. Students who have completed the 4 week course report feeling calmer,experiencing better sleep,improved mindful awareness, and greater ability to manage stress.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm in Miguel Hall,Room 501 on the following dates:
