The American Friends of the Parents Circle – Families Forum shares the human side of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the American public in order to foster a peace and reconciliation process. During L.O.V.E. and academic partnership exploratory trips, a number of Manhattan College faculty, staff, administrators and students have visited in-person with members of the Parents Circle – Families Forum, a joint Israeli-Palestinian organization made up of more than 600 bereaved families, who, instead of choosing revenge, have chosen a path of reconciliation.

The American Friends of the Parents Circle - Families Forum and the American Friends of Combatants for Peace are co-hosting the Joint Memorial Ceremony that offers a new vision: the hope for a just and peaceful future in which they resolve to end the occupation and choose a new path of peace, equality, and dignity for all. The Joint Memorial Ceremony will take place virtually, live-streamed from Tel Aviv and Ramallah on Monday, April 27 at 1:30pm.
