Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship Now Accepting Applications

Are you interested in information technology?  Does government service as a foreign service officer fit your career goals?

The US State Department offers academic funding for the undergrad junior and senior years (sophomore applicants), or for a two-year master’s degree program (senior applicants). Fellows get two valuable internship experiences (one in Washington, D.C. and one abroad) and personalized mentoring. After successfully completing the program and passing the U.S. Department of State’s requirements, Fellows get an appointment in the Foreign Service as an Information Management Specialist for five years minimum.

The application deadline is February 4.  See Br. Daniel (Thomas 3.50) for details about becoming a foreign service IT officer.
