Faculty Lunch: Using Giving Games in the Classroom

As part of Peace Week, The Center for Ethics and The Peace and Justice Center are Co-Hosting a faculty lunch/workshop on teaching effective altruism that will take place on Friday, February 21 at 12:00 pm in Kelly 4A. 
Kathryn Mewcrow Flynn from the non-profit organization The Life You Can Save will teach faculty how to run highly engaging, classroom-based activities called "Giving Games." These games are designed to spark discussions among students regarding effective solutions to the world's most pressing problems.
