Below are the dates and times of the in-person Commencement events for 2021 undergraduate students, which will take place May 17, 18 and 19 in the Kelly Student Commons. Due to capacity and pandemic guidelines, we cannot accommodate family members or guests on campus or at any of the in-person ceremonies.

COVID-19 Testing Requirements
Students attending the in-person ceremonies must obtain a negative PCR COVID-19 test result collected between Monday, May 10 and Thursday, May 13. If you obtain a COVID-19 test off campus during this time period, please submit your result here as soon as it’s available.
On campus testing will be available to fulfill this event testing requirement on Monday, May 10 through Thursday, May 13 in Smith Auditorium from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Broad Institute. Students who have been studying remotely this semester with an orange pass may be tested on campus during this timeframe. Health Services must review and approve your off-campus test result to be in compliance.
Vaccinated students are not exempt from this testing requirement. The only exception to the testing procedure is if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 90 days.

Senior portraits will take place in the Kelly Student Commons from Monday, May 3 to Sunday, May 16. The dates and times are as follows:
Monday, May 3 - 1 - 6 p.m.
Tuesday, May 4 - Friday, May 7 - 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, May 8 - 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday, May 10 - Friday, May 14 - 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, May 15 - Sunday, May 16 - 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
How to schedule your portrait
To schedule a time, please email email@example.com with your three preferred days and times. A two-hour time block is required in your email. Every effort will be made to give your first choice. Appointments are required and confirmed ahead of time on a first come, first serve basis, based upon receipt of your email.
Choice 1: Wednesday, May 5, 1 - 3 p.m.
Choice 2: Thursday, May 6, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Choice 3: Tuesday, May 11, 9:45 - 11:45 a.m.
Confirmations of your specific senior portrait time will be emailed to you within 48 hours of request, along with all further details. Senior portraits are free this year with no expense for the student. Both sitting for the portrait, as well as the package received, will be at no cost to the student.
Cap & Gown
As a reminder the cap & gown ordering period is now closed. If you haven’t placed your order already, please email the Manhattan College Bookstore at SM8098@bncollege.com.
Diplomas, Medals and Prizes
Students will receive their diploma cover at the in-person ceremonies, and the official diploma will be mailed to you. Also, medals and prizes will be announced during the program and picked up at the conclusion of the ceremony. May 2021 graduates, please visit this page to learn more:
