Students attending August Orientation should report to their academic year residential assignment on Wednesday, August 21, 2023. 

Students moving in with room assignments on the second-sixth floors (room assignments 2XX-5XX) will check in on the lobby floor of Lee Hall. Students with assignments on the seventh-tenth floors (room assignments 6XX-10XX) will check in at the eighth floor bridge entrance. All Horan residents will check in at the Horan bridge entrance. Specific directions and addresses can be found in the "Directions" section below.

Learning Community students (Global Jaspers and Mi Casa) will move-in on Wednesday, August 21, 2023.

Horan Hall

Move-In for Horan Hall on Saturday and Sunday will enter through the main lobby. The eighth floor bridge entrance will be closed until further notice. The nearest address to the base of the service road is 4457 Post Road, Bronx, NY 10471. Parking will be available in the Broadway Parking Garage. Parking in front of Horan Hall and the Draddy and Jasper Parking Lots is prohibited during this time.

Chrysostom Hall

Move-In for Chrysostom Hall will be accessed by the main entrance to campus at 4513 Manhattan College Parkway and the Jasper Parking Lot.

Lee Hall

Move-In for Lee Hall will take place through the first floor entrance off the service road and the eighth floor bridge entrance. The nearest address to the base of the service road is 4457 Post Road, Bronx, NY 10471. Those checking in at the bridge entrance will go to the Draddy Parking Lot. Parking will be available in the Broadway Parking Garage. Parking in front of Lee Hall and in the Draddy and Jasper Parking Lots is prohibited during this time.

Unloading Your Car

When arriving to your building (Lee and Horan), you will be greeted by a Residence Life staff member who will verify your ID and check you into your room while a team of volunteers will assist in unloading your vehicle into a moving cart for easy transportation. Once your car is unloaded, someone in your group will need to move it to a parking space in the Broadway Parking Garage while other students continue to move in. 

Account Holds

Please make sure you have any account, academic, or billing holds removed from your account prior to arriving to campus on your scheduled move-in day. You will not be allowed to move into your room until all holds are lifted.
